The opportunity
Many appointment-based businesses run their schedule through WhatsApp and notebooks. Existing tools are expensive or not built for Colombia.
The product
Scheduling for multiple staff and locations, with three plans and a 15-day trial. Subscriptions are billed through Mercado Pago and each business receives client payments in its own Wompi account.

Key decisions
Each business is an isolated tenant: its public site resolves by subdomain or path, and row-level security ensures none of them can see another's data.
E2E tests only run against a local database and stop if they detect any other target, so a test never touches real data or triggers real sends.
Outcome
It has launched and is available online, with all seven product phases complete. Any appointment-based business can run its schedule and booking site from a single panel.
